TREBLE OF WINS FOR THE ARTFULL ROGER
the man of the moment Roger Marlow of Leicester sensas has achieved some thing that no other angler has ever done,Roger won the soar championship for the third time in a row 2010,2011 and now 2012 Roger has also won the event once before making four times in total something that every angler would love to achieve in there life time .Roger didn't have it all his own way as the river and the condittions were far from good with all 65 anglers struggling for bites ,and in the end it was very close as only a few anglers broke the 2kg mark leaving most with grammes .the turning point for roger came late as he fished a stick float down the edge and caught a big perch of about 2lbs in weight along with two or three slightly smallers ones and topped up with small roach and bleak that seamed to be the only fish feeding on the day ending the match with 2kg 550g.Tony mashell Quorn AS fished a good match in the middle of the match length for a total of 2kg 400g just short of winning 3rd alan wright long eaton fed placed all his cards on bleak feeding and managed 2kg 300g 4th young harry wilkinson of Leicester sensas again catching small perch and bleak
