Si every time i log on to the site or click on the home page i keep getting this message in the middle of my screen

I keep pressing cancel but evry time i come on the site its there. Any idea what the message is and is it anything to do with the site so should i accept it

Should be gone now. Next time just view it and it will stop popping up.
TK sent out a broadcast message which everyone gets. We only send them out for important stuff.
