LOL i remember fishing the UK pole champs at Mallory park. Tony Marti won it the year off the main lake.

Anyway i drew the same lake as Clive, we was on the Concrete bowl. Clive drew in the corner with some rushes in his peg he fed bloodworm and got broke nearly every put in so he stopped feeding it mind you back then a number 8 elastic was heaviest you could get.

Clive still comes to Evesham in summer, nice chap and still a top river angler in my opinion.

Old river anglers don't die ...... they just go to Evesham and Hereford
