How do you go about your team meetings?
How often do you have them and what form do they take, does the captain go round the table asking everyones advice or does 1 person usually have more input and come up with the team plan.

Thats the way it is Dodge3.
Happens in all sports, the top teams always get the best players.
Who can you blame, the team for trying to be successful or the angler for wanting to go there.
Thats why someone like Ian Crossman comes along and stays with a team despite constant offers he has to be both respected and applauded for it

Absolutely ratbag, but how many "top anglers" does a "top team" need....24,26 ???? It will only end in one way and i dont want to go there......

It's a shame dodge but also an inevitable part of team fishing. From their perspective they havent won their AT division so the obvious thing to do is try and strengthen it where they feel it needs strengthening. With my lot, Tony Keeling quite rightly says its harder to leave us than join us!

Totally agree taypot, but think about this if stuart conroy, lee addy and a few more fished every round, i think the outcome maybe would have been different.......but what the heck they try to weaken a rival instead to play a bit part next season !!!

One problem is that teams add anglers without others leaving, there are a few teams with very very strong bank runners.
Its something that happened for years and will continue to do so, whats the solution.
Maybe making it so an angler cannot fish the same league for different teams two years running.

Another solution could be to drop the amount of anglers that can be registered at the start of the league from 22 to 15.

Yeah, its all about numbers mate thats my point......ask yourself this - how many top anglers are not fishing every round of an AT winter league........there were plenty not doing so in the warks winter lge, nearly all belonging to one team !!!

It would be interesting to know how many anglers are in all the squads.
How many are there in Sensas NW?
Be interesting to know how many are in Dorking and Shakey as well.
