It's the municipal ! about 2 seasons ago fished a bit further down in a charity match in winter and after the fish kill. I had a nice day, caught on a very thick top wag running down the middle in 3ft max. fished 2ft overdepth and slowed it down. Caught chub up to 1lb plus for just under 15lb for second. I hope one day we can get some winter matches back on the river as it gets itself back into shape

As CWH states Simps it the 'municipal' stretch - Bailies is the stretch the other side of the club house - to the right when you come through the gates
Caught chub up to 1lb plus for just under 15lb for second
