Sutton 53, first on the reed bed, the sun did not get on the pegs until an hour in and we all struggled at the start. The pegs opposite the pub were into fish from the start and it was a case of catch up. Luckily I over took a few with a late run of hemp fish, 2 to 3 oz hybrids ! at 13m on my bread line. I never had a bite on lobby but to be fair I only tried it twice as I was catching small roach/ bottle tops on bread and needed to put some fish in the net. The last two anglers on the rush bed both had two 2lb billy's on chop/caster, both had just under 7lb.
Sutton was good, but I felt I needed to be further up to catch proper roach on the seed. Never the less I enjoyed it as I had to mess around with my feeding / presentation to catch.
In my opinion Sutton will take two sections and with greens / kegworth will be as good as it gets.
Enjoyed my day ! Image

choppy i'm not sure about two pegs miss a peg on a river though  :-/like you said the fish at sutton are always around the pub and this section can take every peg which then would split your section into a more even one. i also think the pegs on the greens specially the early pegs will be dyer unless you get colour in them for the bream
i was trying to up load a picture of what i had on wednesday off my phone but can't get them  Imagelike you said the roach fishing is brilliant when your on them  Image Imagepersonally the brinks doesn't do it for me great in the summer but wishing for the chub to feed ain't my cup of tea :-/

the few pegs at the bottom end of greens could be left out as on the day 2 anglers were bagging on roach on the first pegs on the cobbles Image Image
