I've been 'busy' trawling the Cashmores archives, summarising the annual results/trophy sheets from way back
And having dipped into the anals of history......
I can categorically state....
Heinzer (Dave Meredith) and MGB (Barry Kenn) were the original 'ringers' of Cashmores in the 70s and 80s
All will be revealed as I start posting the results from those 70s and 80s seasons

Should be accompanied by a few black and whits piccies of whicker baskets and cane rods then.....it will be like a history lesson for us young uns

I've felt 'guilty' in the past about some of the Gruellers I've put the Cashmores Crew through since becoming match booking sec in the mid 90s........
Well not from today I don't, having seen some of the results
Heinzer and MGB are well and truly masters and fully experienced in all matters
