Big Match Weights!? :O

I look about on TalkAngling at some of the weekend results, and i find places like CobHouse who produces 100-200lb+ weights weekly.. How is 200lb+ of fish possible!? how do they approach these sort of fisheries then dominate them with these big weights?
some tips ie, how to start, what bait to start.. and how they end?!

Cob house is top kit plus one job Josh. The Main reason cob's has so many big wieghts is because there opens are not well attended. I was there when the fishery record got smashed only 5 of us fished the open.

Sizes? 4mms? or micros? - I heard that majority is paste !

Club match = every peg in
Open match = every other/third/fourth peg in
Plus they are venue cracks who know the water inside out and fine tune their approach, feeding, playing etc........
Same scenario going back as the cut man who knocked out 500 gudgeon whilst you did 300......

So what method's did you use?
Pellets.
Sizes? 4mms? or micros? - I heard that majority is paste !
4 & 6 and paste sounds like someones going down there soon me thinks
