[center]SMF 2 Day Summer Challenge 2012[/center]

TK very kindly runs the site match for these forums on the canal but next year in addition to his canal match I have booked Rolfslake for 2 days for any SMF member that wants have a dabble at fishing for the Rolfslake residents, not just carp. There are chub, orfe, big perch and a large head of big bream in there too.

Me and my partner in crime Budgie have booked the lake for Thursday 12th and Friday 13th July 2012. Draw times will be decided nearer the time.

The 2 days will cost £40 per man.
If we get 21 anglers it will be 3 sections of 7.
We will be paying 1st and 2nd and 3rd in each section. NO over all winner payout. A lot fairer IMO.
Limited to 21 anglers. Maybe increased to 24. See how it goes
I may be doing a pairs payout as well depending on numbers.
I will try and sort a BBQ out for after the Thursday match.
I require a £15 deposit before the 1st November 2011. Paypal, Cheque or Postal order will be fine. PM me for payment details.

Hopefully some of you cut anglers will want to come out to play. The banter would be good as we can see each other and most people are within shouting distance

Pegs for the match are more than likely going to be as follows.

Section A - 34, 36, 38, 40, 2, 4, 6, 7
Section B - 8, 9, 10, 13, 28, 29, 31, 32
Section C - 14, 16, 18, 19, 21, 23, 25, 26


Right a few extra rules for the 2 dayer....

1. EVERYONE MUST be on their peg to be weighed in AND put their nets away after been weighed in. If you are not on your peg I will not weigh you in. Simple. Every little helps with the weigh in as most will know.

2. ALL rubbish you bring to the lake is to be taken home by YOU. Do not fill John Bennett's bins up. He is kind enough to let us stay at the lake free of charge 

3. If you are planning on fishing for silvers and want to bring you own silvers net that is fine.

4. Pole Only.

I was just about to check my diary and realised its NEXT YEAR.

I will be up for it Si.

All we need now is for Malc to book the Saturday as a Jinx match and Neil Riddy to have a club match on the Sunday. We could also book in for the Wednesday open and have a total of 5 days there. Hows that for a plan.
