Nothing to do with that Herb. Rooney is a quality talent, and Man Utd are a top club, not unpopular with me, but my opinion is about the moral standards I live to, and IMHO it was out of order.  :(
I would have posted the same opinion if it had been one of my own beloved Baggies players 

PS. I presume  Shameless contains a cast of wanabee actors/comedians who get paid a lot less than Rooney, and have a lot less people look up to them as a hero model.

ask yourself one question. if the camera,s had been on say robbie savage would the media frenzie have been as intense. no our media being so pious and holly are in such a state of shock that such a thing as a swear word should be uttered twice on murdock tv is beyond bareable to most of this clean living nation of ours. i work in an infant school and i can tell you that children , now when scoring in the playground , are running up to pretend camara,s and uttering swearwords that last saturday before 2pm they did not know. young girls and boys are actualy using the f word more often than they were last saturday. rooney has ruined our children and should at least be burned at the stake. saturday 2/4/11 will go down in history as the day england learn't how to swear
