final round of the sensas teams of four
Posted: February 21st, 2011, 2:24 pm
expectations could of been high after the last round ,but with cold water coming into the canal after a days rain on saturday put everyone on the edge.with a number of teams in with a chance of the top three the all important draw would count more than ever.again a lot of teams short in numbers which puzzles me considering the semi final is just around the corner still after the way it fished ::) ::)perhaps they have a point
brad titmas made no mistake drawing the hot peg from the round before brad fished 16m to the wall on the far bank to take three chub to 4lb14oz three bream to 3lb before a boat moored over his peg he then picked off odd fish for a total of 17lb 14oz
2nd from the swingbridge section dave whelan linc's county 12lb 1oz dave had 12 skimmers throughout the match 3rd mick davis sams tackle 5lb 13oz 4th jason sriviener fox trentmen 5lb 7oz 5th harold the german toulton long eaton A 5LB 2OZ [a stewards inquire after the match as harold the german took so long over bring several 2oz roach in that two great big perch eat them ] he weighed 5lb 2oz the biggest perch must of weighted 3lb 6th was tony barker shakespeare with 5lb 1oz
