There's a distinct lack of depth in the squad now and it's a little unfair to expect the kids to fill in. Josh McEachran will come good, but not as a holding mid-fielder, there's more than a touch of Charlie Cooke about him. Bruma and Van Aanholt both have it in them to make the grade, but I'm not convinced that Kakuta is the real deal.
I think Roman's chequebook may have to break cover come January.
