thanks Joff. had 70 carp for that, all on the method.
Had a brilliant fortnight, picked up every match except one out of 8 matches, that was my mistake too, could have won my section if I'd fished for silvers.
I love it down there.

Yeah, i believe they're going early cos it's a fair bit cheaper. I wasn't going anyway, but it's a shame for the lads who still do go.
Told you about the silvers at whiteacres, probably one of the best venues in the country for them.
I had loads the last 2 weeks in with the carp, good fish too.
I reckon on the match I mentioned I could have had 30-40lb if I'd got my head down and fished for them.
Eh, Browny went to the dark side this weekend, he went to that place at Skeggy, is it that one Roger Surgay owns?
and he fished JCB North Lake, on the method too. He'll be at whiteacres next

They say the silver fishing at stafford moor is really good. the only thing that puts me off there is that a lot have to stay in B&B's and the like off the site, no pub on site, etc etc, from what I'm told anyway.
I would prefer somewhere like Holland or w/acres where everything is all in one place, better craic like that I would think.

It's what Browny told me. He had been talking to Pat who'd said it was earlier as it was cheaper than the normal weeks.
Trouble is the fishing will be even worse and less and less will want to go
