Over 100lb of chub came from 3 pegs off the canal by the cross keys pub in Penkridge yesterday. Overall Winner had 55lb of chub. The 3 pegs were next to each other and the winning peg was by the stump to the right hand side of Boscomoor bridge.

Im surprised Woodhouse wasn't there :D

Simps, the chub were quite spread out.

Eric Gardner who was third was three pegs from the New Bridge on the farm side (end of first bush, just past stick ups). The roach weights were also spread out, except where I was of course Image

Well done Phil Cox  Image Know him well from yesteryear when he was 'a nipper on the Moss'  ;) Coincidentally hadn't seen him for 30 years and bumped into him last year in the Truckstop on his way to a winter league match on the Weaver.....

Changing subject for those not in the know - there's a picture of the aforesaid stump in this link......
