WHATS THIS ALL ABOUT

~

A Russian newspaper has infuriated anglers by printing a "rough guide" to the best lakes in England where Eastern European immigrants can steal fish.

The guide, in Russian language newspaper Angliya which is based in London - lists four lakes for catching carp for food , used in a traditional fish soup in Eastern Europe.

Having just come back from Russia i am not surprised >:(

Went round a market one day and coarse fish were everywhere-2lb bream 8oz perch loads of snappers and what looked like pommies to me.

Its their culture to eat everything that swims and judging by the crude tactics used on the rivers-feeder rods and big bombs the fish must be very wary.At the weekends they basically camp out on the river banks from Friday to Sunday night and most of them wet a line.Only saw one bloke with a keepnet tho :(

The problem is trying to educate them to our ways-a very big job with all the various nationalities now here.

At least with all the weed you will not be able to reach the bushes Image

By drawing near a pub you must be by the Gallows where you will hang a few perch Image

Just done SEVEN rigs; that'll be one ounce on each if I'm lucky. Image

Riddling bait now; is all this crappity smack lot worth it?

It'll be like being in Vidal Sasoon's tomorrow; there will be that much scissor snipping going on; crappity smack crap, hate it.

Two slices of bread anytime ::) ::)
