Teams that i know are fishing so far are:

Ted carter Preston could be dark horses to do well........there well versed on b/joker fishing with the rock hard lancaster canal being their local venue !!!! wonder who will be helping them sort out the walsall canal......

"IF" Mosella Garbolino pulled their fingers out they can qualify but i think only Stu Ballard and Wayne Mellings still have a proper team head. The likes of Dave Brown, Pete Plant, Si Richardson, Ian Lockley etc were once all good on canals and B&J but have since concentrated on commercials which i thinks a big shame.

...and you never know if Drennan NW will somehow be 'allowed' to choose a Northern semi!!

Stu is fishing Freds match. Another of their lads (Brian Clarke) is also fishing.

I spoke to Wayne yesterday and the impression i get is that they are up for it.

Stu's well up for it. He's a good mate and been on the phone to me all week! Wayne's in Spain and the rest aint up for it!

The clue with drennan nw and the northern semi is if their lads start framing at cudmore

As far as i'm concerned the issue is closed!

its not fair on the teams that are fishing the northern semi's.
