what a wind yesterday one of the strongest this year we fished another practice match on eye kettleby
the match lake has 60 pegs on it and is oblong and the wind was coming straight down it
sorry i have no pictures this week as i forgot the bloody camera
still i'l keep it short the winner caught on method pole feeder a tactic i'm not keen on as its not what i calll fishing still its allowed there so well done jeff harper weighed 41lb 1oz and a good weight on the day i managed second
with 39lb
kicking myself after loosing a lump with minutes to go
3rd brad titmas 37lb 11oz and 4th john shellard 34lb14oz again even with the wind being so bad the lowest weight was 8lb
i fished down the margins i'm getting to like that method
1ST DAVE HARPER 3Ms 41LB 1OZ
2ND JOFFMIESTER LEICESTER SENSAS 39 LB
3RD BRAD TITMAS STARLETS 37LB 14OZ
4TH JOHN SHELLARD LEICESTER SENSAS 34LB 11OZ

Were you on an end peg with the wind blowing into it, and did you also have a bush Joff ?

Well done Joffie
- dont let CWH wind you up
- you still have to make those flyers produce on occasions
fished down the margins i'm getting to like that method
Careful Joffie - sounds like you have early symptoms of gnomeitus :o

Listen Dodge !
How about a bit of tip fishing for you at Combs Reservoir now the cuts are done ! Heard some fantastic results from a trial match at the venue, 38lb won all skimmers 6oz to 1lb, loads of 30's backing weights, fancy it ?
Could be double hookin as its allowed at nearby Rudyard. Anyway no carp, no pulla bungs no paste !!!!!!
Or does anything further than 16m turn you BLUE !
Do us a favour mate if you can get any info post it for us !!!
respect
