never mind dodge its all part of the learning process. you can spend all you like but you cant buy class, you have to grow it. watch chelski totaly ruin there youth policy same as cesspool did with the cheque book. making a team to regularly finish top four takes time. buying scouse has beens like gerrard and torres would only have delayed your process to the top four. taggert showed you 1986 to 1991 thats how long it took a great manager to turn a club around so city need a man with a 5 year plan and time to bring it to fruition. wont happen with your sugar daddy he will want an instant return so in the next 5 years you can look forward to at least 7 managers and no trophies
