Right guys - 25 pegs booked and paid for.

There are 27 of us - 24 plus the 3 honorary life members.

Confirmed member casualties at the moment are

This takes us down to 24

So Abuman who was first on the ‘waiting list’ makes an ‘early cut’ and joins us

KOD issues the results sheets with a note asking members unable to fish a match to let either myself or Dave know (asap). Pegs are paid for and sometimes these can be covered by some member’s friends wanting to join us for the day.

Tthe majority of members do ‘tip me the wink’ if they are going to miss a match and I thank you for that.

But sadly - no it’s annoyingly really - not all members can be arsed bothered to pick up the phone.

I ask - Is it too much for us to expect the courtesy of a call?

they must have had a few moans about the far bank rushes they had got out of hand somewhat and most of the decent fish had took up residence in there and no matter what people tried the little buggers would not come out so weights had suffered a bit.
talkin to the owner he said he was going to thin them out to try and force em out (especially the goldies which make up a large part of the weights i think).

Cheers for that OBI  - that's certainly an eye opener - would never of drempt of that  - I'll keep that to myself and team mates KOD MrV & Sprucey (Harry's missing)

FISHERY RULES (in my possession)

All anglers must have a current EA rod licence
Only barbless hooks are allowed
All nets must be dipped before fishing
Two keepnets are required in all matches
Handle all fish gently (no rags) and return them to the same water from which they were caught

BAIT RESTRICTIONS

Groundbait to be used with a pole cup or feeder only
No boilies allowed - ah, that’s the real reason why Simps isn’t coming
No nuts of any kind to be used
Meat ONLY allowed as hooked bait
No meat of any kind to be loose-fed (including cat meat)
No trout pellets
CARP pellets are allowed - MAX 1KG per person
Any type of meat or pellet can be used as hook bait
No floating baits of any kind

Please do not bring restricted baits on site - transgression will result in ban

FOR HEALTH AND SAFETY

All cars and bikes must be left in the car park (unless prior arrangements made)
No litter to be left (including cigarette ends)
Spectators allowed at manager’s discretion
All noise to be kept to a minimum

50lb max in each net... beware he will not weigh you if you do.....as sibeck knows to his cost
