ok boys ,need some info on baden hall.the tavern have a match on there next month and i havent fished it before. fishing the old match pool so if there are any tips going they would be appreciated greatly thanks. heard there are some big old lumps in there and barbel

I fished it ages a go and like Si said. I used feeder to the island and caught carp

like the sound of that,think obi might aswell ,a rest from holding the pole all day, thanks for that ,if theres any more info it will be gratefully accepted

the old match pool doesnt have an island does it? maybe im getting confused but i thought the old match pool is alongside the specimen lake, deep down far end shallow near end....very good shallow pellet in the summer although corn for skimmers and carp is the best this time of year.

Too be fair I didnt know what pool it was, but Tinky who I was fishing with had said we were going on the Old Match pool so I presumed that was where we had fished. It was on the left as you go down the drive. Sorry thats all I can remember.

Si that is the old match pool. The match pool was split into 2 ( i can't remember the other pool that it made ) but the one was renamed the old match pool and it as an island in it.

Chees Tony. Thats the pool we fished for sure. The old Match pool. 2008 we were there.
