river soar at sutton i weighed 17lb odd it was a good weight in them days all on a waggler and maggot

we were sponsored by mainstream tackle back then and money was no object in or out of angling a long side home brewerys of notts again quite a lot of money in volved i even had petrol money

i must admit i got TDRs now but i'm sure if they relaunched the match i'd have a couple best ever reel. the ABU 506 had its place on those easterly wind venues as well
