With just over a month to go to the opening match of the 2010 calander, who is actually ready and raring to go?
I have not been out since November and have a sneaking feeling my flask is still in my bag
I will be there on the 27th to add another new venue to the list. Just got to find out what we are likely to catch?

Just a gentle breeze, should give a nice gentle ripple if nothing else.

Tench, Carp, Chub and Barbel as far as I'm aware, and I would imagine something around 5ft to be the maximum depth, though I could be wrong on that. I've only fished it a couple of times Keith.

It was pretty much drained right down Clive. The JCB was actually in it digging it out when they redid it.

I was fishing lake 2 when they netted it. The nets were bursting with carp.
I hope they remembered to put them all back.
There are some big tench in there but according to Ron in the shop they hardly showed last year.
