yep m8 1st peg in boatyard read joffies advice on other thread about the punch it worked sort off more bites but only for the same amount of time 1 to 1 1/2 hours.ended upwith 3 proper bronzes about couple pounds apiece and 8 skimmers between about 8oz - 12oz still no silvers thou ?????????

oh and even snowie snatched 1 while i went for a leak Image he was out walkin his best m8

I know we've totally digressed from the crock in the cut OBI, but I spoke to Cotti this morning.

I thought he may have been 'out' today cuss it's gone milder.

You may have seen that picture on his mobbie at the last match where he had about 12lb skimmers and some silvers off the same peg that you fished yesterday.

Sounds like you did a similar bag, albeit with those better couple of lb 'stampers'

So we know..............

There's some fish to be had off that peg  Image


Well it turns out Cotti, fresh from his victory on the last grueller went and had a session on the same peg last Tuesday....................

yeah,,the chap with the pike told me that somebody had fished it a few days b4 and had struggled,wierd thing is had them all exept 1 at near side again only 1 down the track and not even a sniff more than about 6 metres out.

the pikers did mention that it had gone a bit quite for them to Image

been down today only managed 2 stripeys from down the edge,there was a chap bit further down piking and he had 2 double figure pike,largest tipping 18lb

just avin a looksee m8,,him and another fella from cheslyn hay i think ,,,spent more time avin a laff about doggers bridge than fishin Image
