Simple Match Fishing Forum

After getting bored yesterday, i went on another website and read the all the stories concerning Heronbrook on Sunday.
One thing that stood out was the lack of common sense in using the phone to ring the organiser in the morning and see if the match was on !
We had the same weather around here and the prospect of travelling to a match, risking life and limb was very daunting.
Time for the phone, a few quick calls and the match was cancelled, back to bed, EASY !

The snow wasn't that bad round here choppy, so the locals would just turn up.

Think it depended on which direction you were travelling from tbh ...... seems plenty travelled up from the west midland area as the snow wasnt as bad so the trail of thought would of been that the match would of been on .... just my opinion
