I can remember him, he use to fish a few opens on the Swadlincote AA's water on the Trent.
He use to come with Joe Brennan who Tony Scott knew very well (Both Coleshill at the time).
I remember Tony telling me about the fishing boxes and the Luggage he designed and made (I think he was the main man). Anyway, everybody then started to use his stuff around our way, Keepnet bags, carryalls, holdalls and the famous fibreglass boxes.
In fact I had a blue one that Tony gave to me after using it in the World Champs in Luxemberg.
I think Steadfast sponsored the England Team that year but the boxes were made by this company ( B & H).
So is it Mr. H. ?

Wouldn't swear to it but I think Laurie was a lorry driver and my pal Joe in insurance when they kicked off Brennan and Hickman.
Joe still lives in Wolves, not sure about Laurie, I think he used to.
Not seen any seat boxes lately but there are still the odd holdall around; it was top stuff.
