Why is Dodges butt section wobbly cheeks about; is it to hit the crocs or the crappity smack kids over their heads?

last year i realised the last time i spent a winter on the joker matches was 1997 so this year i have made conservative effort to get back into it and must say have
really enjoyed it

If that butt section went through them railings i would never see it again bill
