something to be said about the way the Europeans run competitions
we have the best team in the world yet they can't get the support financially to compete

Not sure about the support Joff but what a piece of footage. A real canal! Not sure what the present rules are in Germany but when i went 3 years ago they still have to kill fish caught.We had a special dispensation from the local authority to use the fish caught in the matches to stock lakes that had suffered cormorant damage. Fished the Rohr river with 20 gram flats and heavy heavy feeder gear. Fantastic fishing barbel, bream, massive roach and huge Ide. Had a few beers as well!!

Brilliant video Joff, just shows how far behind we are in running these events. Would like to have a go at that this year that cut looks rigid.

bob i think they still kill the fish have a look at this footage and at the end all fish go into a massive bucket and not returned  what a waste of quality fish
