Si (Me) update

I thought you guys would be interested in his progress so have copied this post by Vince G from Maggotdrowning site.

I've been talking to Simon's wife this evening and am pleased to announce that the operation Si had to remove his Kidney a few days ago went well despite the fact they managed to puncture his lung during the Op. The tumour they removed was 10cms and the surgeons are hopeful that they have managed to remove all of it.

The good news is that he's now back on a normal ward and today had a little walk and something to eat. His wife, Leanne, is aware that I'm posting this and said she knows all his friends on here will be wishing him well. She will try to remember to copy off any comments and take them him to him.

She has promised to keep me updated as the days progress.

thanks to you all. Im home now just very sore with a scar from my waist up the middle of my chest and have got to exercise now so i can start to bend, walk propper lengths (more than 10 meters), twist and nearly everything else we all take for granted

Good to hear you are on the mend ME - make sure you do that exercise and keep taking the tablets
