Dear All,
If not already aware, I was reliably informed by Dave Tasker today that Roy Jeffrey passed away in the early hours of this morning.
Roy had recently been diagnosed as having leukaemia.
A true gentleman, Roy worked tirelessly for the sport he loved and helped so many of us through his work at Leicester Juniors etc.
Ever present at the Soar Valley Winter League and angling correspondent for the Leicester Mercury, I know he will be sorely missed by many.
