when approached about what they were doing,and when would they be cleaning the non navigable stretches up of the weed that has now almost covered some parts of the river from bank to bank .they turned around and said "thats got nothing to do with us we don't touch the non navigable river"yet they thought nothing of sending the weed down stream where they know it would carry on growing
