Answer to 2) Is it Allenby C. Chilton (Man U) made his England debut aged 32 in 1950-51. There is probably somebody else going back a long time though.

Well done you got it Kev. It was Englands very first home game 8th march 1873 against scotland when Alexandra Morton made his england debut and was captain
