It should be called a Pigeon Hawk then I think
You must have a nice view from your house then Joff.
I could see the river Penk and some lovely fields from my window before the neighbour grew their hedge 20 foot high :( :(

by me
before the neighbour grew their hedge 20 foot high
ask him to cut it to a height you wish it to be as by law a hedge can only be a maximum of 6ft high. People do have them higher (mine are 7ft but if a neighbour requests them be cut to 6ft you have no choice but to take them to 6ft. If he refuses just say you are going to seek legal advise and the legal advice will be on your side from the word go
