ANSWERS
A) Possibly
B) You've hit the nail on the head; they possibly are the best players he is using but since when do the BEST players ever make a TEAM, that has been England's problem for years. Remember 1966, Jimmy greaves definite one of the BEST players; he was left out under the guise he was injured; we all know that was man balls.
C) Not as long as I've got a hole in me wobbly cheeks, unless he starts fielding TEAM players and not a mob of individuals.

You can have a squad of 22 . If a player in your squad gets a injury while you are out there BUT BEFORE the opening game then with permission from the powers to be you can send the injured player home and replace him with a new player. Once the tournament starts you can only use players out of your squad of 22
