Caught a 8lb 9 oz zander on choppy today at Barford peg 79 !

bad luck mate it could of been a 8lb 9oz barbel someone else with my sort of luck

If it wasn't for bad luck Joff I would not have any at the moment. Re-named peg 35 at Sutton 'The Mortuary'. For the first time in my angling career I desposed of a few jack pike yesterday, did not enjoy doing so, but it's just solid with em !

i did feel for you [did i say that ]mate as the weigh sheets must of got mixed up as i had wrote the peg numbers on them the night before and must of pick up ones without Durr ::)if you had been the last peg in the section to your left you would of been 6th but as it turned out you were the first peg in the section to the right [rogers tench peg ]but ended up 10th now thats what i call bad luck mate ;)lets hope it changes mate perhaps a move team wise would help

i had two on the choppy above the weir the winter league before last, peg 46 i think it was, one about a pound and a half and one about 8oz. jamie south did the honours with them

The trouble is Mark with the rivers so clear at present we are going to have to put up with these predators, got piked out again at Kegworth on the winter league, roach were feeding but so were the pike aaaarrrrrrgggghhhhh !
