few silvers ?

just popped out for half an hour this morning knocked a few silvers out on the punch and 4m whip, nothing special best about 6 oz or so aint got a clue what they were took em out of a small river across road from our apartment IN MENORCA
trouble is yellow stream down now but not in the bar

just sayin that the lad wants to go {8 years old} and then payin for it big time by lots of shoppin
for got to mention had a terrapin or summat like it pop up when pullin 1 in frightned the shite out of me

Hiya OBI - hope you are having a 'gud un' despite the weather
You can get away with anything when you say the kids want to go too
In my case didnt have to say that Simps........the grand daughter kept on at me to take her fishing on hol in Alcudia

Mind, once when we were snatching a few on the paste.........bread paste that is
we beat a hasty retreat when a snake swam right up to us.......I daint stop to find out whether it was poisonous or not
Finally, the granddaughter blew all these away on this jetty out into the sea - caught ruckloads whilst they all struggled for a bite - it must have been those fine wire 24s that did the trick

You can have some cracking days on the canal inlet/ out lets in alcudia and also on the big lake. If you take your own hooks, line ect you can bag up compared to any of the other holiday makers simply because the other holiday makers buy the ready to use rods out of the local shops which have line that is thicker than towing rope and the hooks are bigger than a cranes hook
. Its simular in ibiza , tnnerife or even the main land spain resorts ect .
Before i go back to ibiza next year i'm after a new telescopic rod suitable for this ype of fishing so if any one as any recomendations ect please give me a shout
