got club match on willow on sunday not looking forward to it as have always failed miserably here,have fished it a few times over the last 15 years or so and always the same, only going out of club loyalty (would make really good car parks imho) so if ANYBODY has any info it would be most welcome just to try and make my day a little bit better pleeeeeease

simple, dont believe every thing on website put anything on the deck there and its crayfish all the way , plus stocks are not what they reckon have read some where on tinternet most decent fish have been nicked over the years

obi i agree totaly about making it a car park but i have a feeling that it would be a shite car park

. I have fished on a few of the pools there and like you hate the place. I mainly used macci cheese. The cray fish a more than a pain in the ar$e and sometimes become a night mare

ME, got any more info on the macci cheese never used it ,like i said only going out of loyalty to club,annoying thing is the chap that booked it twice this year has now dropped out the club

OBI i cut the macci tubes (that what i call them. The peices of macci that come out of the tin) in to about 1/4 inch peices. I use a 14 hook and hook it in through the 1 side of the tube and back out so the hook is inside of the tube with the point sticking out . When shipping out don't drag it through the water as its a very soft bait and doesnt take much rough handling. At kings nordley i fish top 3 or 4 and fish either on the top shelve (top 3 kit) or just of the 1st legde (usualy top 4 ) so just lift and drop the bait in the place want it . (if i fish further out i use a kinda cup to carry it out ) . I feed a few pellets.

well, managed 5th but lost more than i got in (losing fish after having seemingly beat em appears to be the in thing for me this season), what was nice to see winner weighed in 20lb of carp plus 16lb odd off silvers with some nice roach with a couple close to a pound, winning weight not huge but as a club i think we would give TK,s lot a run for their money having

macci cheese not much but that could have summat to do with the fact i left on the side in kitchen and only realised when i got on the carpark

Oh and after having to climb over to locked gates and thro a field full of horses with what seems like a mountain of gear i still dont like the place

And i thought the place couldn't get any worse but now it seems they don't let you use the gates any more

I can't beleive you got told the only bait that works on the hole and how to use it ect and you leave it at home

best thing is missus was on nights sat night so got every thing ready early evening car packed , bait sorted even put can opener by tin had a couple of beers then got the bed to myself all night

had nothing to get ready sun morn apart from flask,bait out of fridge and open macci but still forgot the friggin stuff

the words dick and head spring to mind !!!!!!
