Well as Private lake is not an official club match and is in addition to our list, Rayne Lodge is only just over two weeks away.

Im not sure yet but I may be taking the family away for a week and the only date I can get will clash with this match. If I do manage to book something it will be the first time since the Marsh matches started around 15 to 20 years ago that I will miss a match. Image Image. I wont know for a couple of days yet but may need a volunteer to take over for the day.

If you're going to be away I best take your new trolley Image Just to test it out for you on the hill back to the car park of course, as I'd hate you to go down there at a later date and find that it's not up to it. ;)

I'm sorry Mugger but it will be needed where I'm likely to go. Still you have two weeks left to get fit enough to get your own gear up the hill.

It may be a good idea to cut out every bit of gear except the essentials and make sure you use all the bait you take so you dont have to lugg it back up the hill. ;) Image Image

Now who is going to volunteer to carry the weighing gear back up the hill as well as all their own stuff, or do we get the visitors to do it in exchange for an invite? Dont forget its a lot heavier going back as its soaking wet :D :D. Come on now dont be shy get your names down. First to post a reply asking to come gets the honour, member or guest it doesnt matter. Dave, you are missing a match it's not on, i think you should cancel the holiday, i may need some of your bait, not that it helps. I will do the weights, but needs someone to get the gear to me.

Well it looks like, with Peter on holiday as well as me, that there is space for 2 guests so far.

So which of you 4 regular guests want to fish? there could be planty of space as none of the members have posted yet to get their names down.

It will all be on the first post John. Colin, Peter and Tony probably. The 4 regular guests are certain to want to come but it depends on how many members there are.

Are you, Martin, Zack and Bob definates to go?

I have just rung Graham to see if he is coming. He was out but his wife replied "He had better not or he will be DEAD Image Image" Apparently its his daughters 18th birthday.

I cannot understand why some of you cant train your other halves that all Birthdays and Anniversaries must be organised around the fishing dates and clashes which prevent you attending are not acceptable. Image Image Image

Holidays can sometimes be allowed though. ( Note Holidays on cruise ships are permitted. Image )

Still its worked out OK as it gives a space so that Vic can join us again. Image
