Which one is the River Severn match record holder?

i thought sladey held the severn record

S'pose it could have been before him unless it is 6 hours or something like that

Did Sladey 'rock' the record and would have bet it with one more fish which he'd missed the net with or summat

Was it around the 130lb mark

Perhaps he can clarify, but he dont seem to dip in here too often these days

Also was it a 'river' record or 'venue' record - I seem to remember Dave H doing a 'massive' weight of bream somewhere along the Severn in a match too

It was definitely the Severn record at the time; if it has gone it lasted for quite a long time.
