Dain't think there was any bad pegs on your cut Lee
Bet one was in the low 90s? Never looks as inviting on that small pound as on the other sections - hardly see a fish topping there but when I get to the 80s,70s and 60s there's always plenty of activity. The high 90s look much better at the end (load of caster left on 100 today) and there was also an 'univiting skim' collected on the water in the low 90s.
You've had a boat on the cut today - one was moored up on 84 on the junction. First one I've clocked all season (of a lunchtime!)
On Fri I watched an old timer up on the opposite grassy bank to the 60s having one a chuck on 5mtr whip down the track. Spoke to him today - he'd had 103 fish on Fri, but was about to pack up and go home for a brew, he'd only had 4 fish - said you bw & j men ruin it for him for a few days after every match
ps - If you keep drawing them bad un's I'll leave you them 32s I don't need under stone on peg 80 ;)

Tony..i dont think its the bait that knackers it but the amount of fish caught on it..
Our bloke opposite the grass yesterday had 8-3-0 and finished 5th in a section of 8.

Hi Lee - I didn't mean anything derogatory about it's use - and the bloke was laughing. I'm sure you're right, plus the fact they've all got full bellies from yesterdays feast.
Brill weights - whats' 8lb in that area - about 100 fish looking at the stamp I saw the guy catching on Fri?

Just depends where you are Tony,Two weeks ago i had 229 roach for 6-6-0, smallest stamp i've ever seen caught.
They roach average about 20-25 to the pound, but there were a lot of caster fish caught.
