For those of you not already aware Kevin and Jean who have been great supporters of Marsh AC ever since the club started, over 15 years ago, are emigrating.
Kevin goes out this weekend and Jean will be following later in the year when her job finishes.
I have known Jean for must be 30 years now we both worked in the accounts department and I know they will be sorely missed by all that know them.

So where are they off to France? Spain? Australia?

Nothing so mundane as that.!!! Kevin loves his scuba diving and they have decided to move to the Bahamas. Image

I hope everything goes well for you both and that Kevin stays off of the local firewater rum. Image Image

Right all we need now is a volunteer scalesman to lift all the 1000s of lbs of fish we catch as Kevin has been doing it for ages.

All the very best to Kevin & Jean. Image
They'll both be missed on the club matches, Kev for his sense of humour and lifting power and Jean for those cups of tea on a cold winters day. Image
I'll have to find where I put my flask now. :'(

I'm sure they'll make a success of things, and hopefully keep in touch through the forums from time to time. ;)

Auditions for the position of new club scalesman will be held at Rockells on Sunday 28th June. Image
