Hi Dave,
Can you put me down for Rockells too please. The back is improving all the time and I am walking without too much discomfort now. Legs still weak but they will remain so until I have the surgery. At least no longer walking around as if I've pooed myself!
Cheers,
Graham

This is going to get difficult. I have 10 members confirmed so far with another 8 still to contact and then 5 guests wanting to come.
The lake realistically has 20 pegs to give everyone a chance at a decent days fishing so Im just praying that another 2 or 3 members will drop out so I can let everyone on the guest list come along.

Finally managed to get through to the fishery.
Their rules for tomorrow are quite extensive :-
Barbless Hooks only
No boilies
3 hour weigh in
I will add some guidelines of our own.
2 keepnets MINIMUM. one for silvers and at least one for carp. If you do anticipate catching more than 70lb in the 3 hours then 2 or even 3 carp nets would be better. Remember that what ever you have in the net has to be lifted out and weighed and its a lot easier with smaller weights per net, especially as Kevin is no longer around. If you dont have a spare net then shout as Im sure there may be some spares around.
Floaters are allowed but if you use them please try to ensure any floating feed stays in your peg and doesnt drift into your neighbours. If you are unreasonably affected by someone elses floaters then please just have a quiet word.
Weather looks like it could be pretty good. Partly sunny with a light wind and 21 to 24 degrees.
Draw at 8.30 ( or as soon as we have finished pegging out )
Fish 10 til 1
Break for Weigh in and auditions for our new scalesman.
Fish 2 til 5.
Right all we have to do now is catch more than last year. We have 19 this time one more than last year so can we achieve a ton of fish ( 2240lb to those modern youngsters. ) thats 120lb a man average.
Will Peter draw the flyer again and break the 300lb mark this time, or will someone else show him how to do it?
Will Tony do another double ton and still finish 4th?
Will I draw up the best end for a change as I havent had a flyer draw since 2 matches ago.?
Will TK refuse to read any more Marsh reports after this one ?
Come back over the next few days to see.

I'm hoping that Simps will really hate my report, because i'll have been to busy to take any pictures.

No pressure there then.

Now you're just getting greedy, it will do you good to draw a few average pegs.
Watch out, watch out, there's a Mugger about

But I drew last peg at the wrong end last year . I had to work very hard for my 5th place 124lb. Not like you lot on the fliers with fish jumping in your keepnets.
I deserve a chance at those flier pegs.

Dave,
Stop moaning, you had an end peg last year.
I'm just thinking of you, I wouldn't want you to wear yourself out, especially with all that writing and addition you'll have to do on the weigh sheets.
