I would have said Tony Watling jr from the cap he had on.
Funny story, I used to send the report in for the Classic. In ireland they used a coded system for everybody's name. It was always the first letter of the competitors christian name followed by the first three of his surname.
Tony Watling jr used to do very well in the Classic.
His coded name always made me laugh
