its taken me all morning to catch up with the site looks like Al's well i did notice woodworms still quiet
well what a country Canada is route 401 has six lanes in both directions :Dand its the first time i've driven out there normally my brother drives but as it was his daughters wedding i had to transport a few guests about one or two rules they have are good and should be used here like turning right at traffic lights that are on red [only if its clear to do so]it stops a lot of tail backs and at most junctions they have a stop sign and you have to stop completely before pulling off or its a 80 dollar fine they have a lane where if you have over 3 people in your car you can use it and if you only have 2 or 1 person thats a 100 dollar fine it works really well the speed limit is 60km and is up held by everyone as the police have unmarked cars all over the place.at rush hour all 12 lanes are chock-er blocked yet some how they are all moving very rarely stopping completely
they also have to change tyers from summer to winter ones because of the snow
most of the park's had mountains of snow on them yet roads were all clear
as for the fishing i managed a day salmon fishing it cost 500 dollars a day so i had half a day and watched for the second half of the day the river was full of fat juicy salmon yet you could only foul hook them with only a very odd one taking the bait but when they did it was like hooking a express train out of the group we had 13 out all day my tally was :-[one lost between 10 to 15 all afternoon my arms were killing me most of the salmon went to restaurants and the money was knocked off the cost of the day which i think is the best wy of doing it as 500 dollars is hell of a price for a days fishing. still din there and done it the next day it was Niagara falls with the family about two hours from Toronto plus the wedding was at a hotel near niagara on the lakes so we were stopping over for three days at the queens-landing posh or what the falls still had loads of ice around them from where it freezes i'l put some photos on soon
the wedding was great meeting all the family and new friends i hadn't meet until the day
Monday we headed back to Toronto and my brothers house the big dodge peoples carrier i had hired needed filling up with gas and to my surprise it took 51 dollars to fill it to the top thats about £35 in our money
on the Tuesday we took the kids to the C.N tower another awesome site
then it was back to the airport and the seven hour fight home
