the first pole i had was a garbolino it was green in colour and had a crock in the end i was presented with it by ray munford a long with his book on pole fishing
but not long after that a light pole came out and i'm sure it was called a SLV it was a matt green colour and very light for saying it was not carbon Image
i also had or still have somewhere a old apollo rod made of metal it had two tips with it Image Imagecan't think where that is Image

The DAM Futron was one of the best cut poles around TK

Best pole i have ever used i am extremely jealous that my grandad picked one up brand new last year :( :( :(

he'll only crappity smack it up by breakin it Image Image

phenominal pole first one i ever used wish i had one now >:( >:( >:(

My grandads mate bought a load b4 they stopped makin them ..... well around 5 ..... but he took a shining to the browning black magic last year and sold my grandad one of the 2 he had left that he'd never used Image

I owned a DAM Millenium pole around 1993 to around 1996 ..... think it was only 13 mtrs long but a brilliant piece of kit !

I sold it for £250 Image
