our local tackle shops with the credit crunch biting hard the last thing a tackle dealer wants to here is someone saying you want to get that off the internet its cheaper.thats what happened yesterday when i popped into mine yesterday Imagewhile out delivering Image
i couldn't believe it and felt like saying something Image
my local tackle shop is match catch and they also own bennetts so I'm spoiled for choice two shops within 5 miles.but unless anglers start using them it soon could turn into one
as a sponsored team we get looked after really well and we don't take the pi#s .most of the team use match catch as our deliveries come straight to him he always looks after you and takes note of what gear to get in
if the lads want anything they buy it there and then even thou we could get it from the sponsor
local tackle shops need support more than ever, i know some anglers now have to travel 10 to 15 miles to a shop

I thought Simple was a brickie?
I am lol.

I did build Ians website(no bricks) and set him up on ebay but certainly dont run the the shop :D
What I can say is that while the shop was quiet over winter time, ebay and the website were not. People deffo bought xmas pressies online Image

E-Commerce is set to double this year so any tackle shop that does not have a website should get one.
