have a couple of ours roving down the brook catching chub and dace and not have to worry about breaking the ice.........until next sunday

Just though I'd let you part timers know.
Been to Norbury today, 24-fished, no crappity smack ice.
No bloodworm, no joker.
7lb odd of punch roach won, 6lb odd of caster fish second, 5 lb odd 4 lb odd. There were a few strugglers including me with 3 gudgeon but I'd sooner do that than the washing up.
Keep up with the Fairy Liquid

had 2 hours walking along the brook................
total catch:- 28 chub btw 6oz and 2lb.
37 dace btw 2 and 8oz
1 small brownie and a roach about 6oz.
fed around 1/4 pt of bronze maggots.
it was awesome.

Sounds good ..... preffered my day tho ..... broke ice for 20 minutes, sat on my wobbly cheeks for 5 hours, 59 roach to 8oz, 13 perch to 8oz, ..... no walking around, no tangles with reels :)
I'm such a lazy sh!t but its nice to FINALLY enjoy a days fishing again after recent matches .....
