donno? never had any good bankrunners, most of them sit behind you and moan about why the captain should have picked them, instead of so and so because they are so much better than so and so on this venue, and the only reason matey is in, is because the captain is married to matey's sister. and on and on and on :)

Daiwa Wigan had 3 bank runners last sunday all of which stayed as a "threesome" for the duration of the match. Now considering the venue is one of the toughest canals in the country and the said team having 3 blokes stood behind each member of their team in turn Image Image Image

Daiwa Wigan came 11th of 11 teams Image Image

chaveys right bank runners like that are no use to any team and that needs addressing at the meetings
we have been lapsed in the past with bank runners and its only untill the results are read out do you think how important they are points are what count IVAN once told the runner is the most important angler on the bank [it just happened to be IVAN]and its the way you do it we all know if someone comes up to you from another team and asks what you have caught you are not going to tell the truth whether you say 10 fish [how big are they] 2lb often means 4lb [in the trentmens case Image] and so on
i know have bank runners yet often they are not seen or walk by anglers without saying a word we do it the IVAN way ask thous anglers around them Image Image

Bank walkers shouldn't be weighed in, they dump it go and stand up behind some who was catching until they turned up and then go back and catch. Someone walked and weighed in on a round of winter league at norbury catching a chub after going back, cant believe it was allowed Image Image

In section you were in on practice match Bill, have to blame anglers in section for not complaining it will continue to happen untill someone is disqualified
