crappity smack me.
I have fished two bloodworm matches and hauled in a mighty 1 lb 7 oz and 1-15-8 from two supposedly top venues; I am being beat by 'easy' angler too around me!
To top that I have 'bosted me pole'; good job it was only a cheap section (£200 worth).
The icing on the cake was when I saw Lloydy in his jogging gear.

Before I go completely Image Image Image Image do you think it is time I retired? Image Image

Yeah must admit I like the canal in your neck of the wood.
It beat these town cuts by a mile.
Big big fan Image Image Image Image Image Image Image Image Image Image Image

Mind you I have only fished it four times; second in an open, top twenty in a National, 1 lb 10 oz from a hard section and a crappity smack all (well one roach). Funnily enough the last one was a bloodworm match Image Image Image Image
