Cheers Chris, it`s a bit of a distance but it`s really a meeting with the bosses of Browning who are flying over to meet with the team captains for a bit of a discussion etc. We are going to have a match first amongst ourselves beforehand.

Bad news Ropa,i went to colmans today and never caught a carp
.
Drew peg 33 which i wasn`t too happy with as it`s one of the shallowest and narrowest pegs on the venue.Opposite me was Mick Vincent and he only caught one Carp and that was fowl hooked.
It seems that all the fish have shoaled up in their winter haunts between pegs 26 and 30 and 36 and 40.
I packed up early and sat behind Pete Steward who was admitting to about 80lb,he was catching at 16 metres toss potting 4mm hard pellets with a 6mm expander on the hook fishing in the deep water.Whilst i was there his float never sat still and there was carp topping every where in his peg.I also had a quick look at pegs 26 to 30 and the same again fish topping.
Also odd fish were being caught around the lake close to the islands in about 2ft of water,as far as i could make out the anglers were using pellets or corn.
Good luck mate i wish i could tell you more apart from you need to draw spot on.

No disrespect to the Marsh lads but i dont think they can offer the same level of advice as a bloke who fished there today.
