diddy it could be the Slough arm and West Drayton naaa probably Gold or Monk Lakes.

any of them will do just fine for me.

My guess is Milton Keynes for Zone 4 and somewhere like Loughborough or Lake View for East Mids Zone 3. Bloody shame theres no longer a pick for the team that wins each division...
